Track Training Program April 8 to June 10, 2021

We are offering a free Track Running program this Spring on Thursday at noon. This is a great way to get healthy active exercise in a supportive environment. Workouts will be appropriate for those training for running or triathlon events and who are already currently active.

The program will run on Thursday at Noon at the Q-Plex outside track. Everyone is welcome to this adult exercise program and for the safety and comfort of all we ask that you not bring dogs or strollers. To join the group you should be medically safe to be active and able to run 5-km comfortably…we will build from there.
