We are offering a free Nordic Walking program to this Spring Thursday mornings at 10:00 am. This is a great way to get healthy active exercise in a supportive environment. The Nordic Walking method has gained world wide popularity and it has proven to be an effective way to promote health and fitness. Nordic Walking can be recreational activity or competitive sport depending on your goals and interests.
The program will run on Thursday mornings from April 8 to June 10 starting from various locations at 10:00 am. Our first walk will start at École des Pionniers in Quispamsis . Everyone is welcome to this adult exercise program and for the safety and comfort of all we ask that you not bring dogs or strollers. To join the group you should have your own set of poles, be medically safe to be active and able to walk briskly with poles for at least 15 minutes… we will build from there.
