We are offering a 6 week free program to start or restart your run-walk-run habit. This is a great way to get healthy active exercise in a supportive environment. The Run-Walk-Run method has gained world wide popularity and it has proven to be an effective way to promote health and fitness. For those who want, the Run-Walk-Run method can be used to participate in running events and many high level runners actually use the method for half-marathons and marathons.
The program will run on Thursday evenings from April 1 to May 6 starting from the covered bridge at Q-Plex starting at 6:30. Everyone is welcome to this adult exercise program and for the safety and comfort of all we ask that you not bring dogs or strollers. To join the group you should be medically safe to be active and able to run 1 minute, walk 1 minute… we will build from there.
